TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to The Overseer, Western District Post Office, Were Street, W
Date29 June 1910
Description'Dear Sir,
With reference to occasional failures of delivery, to persons connected with this Society, of letters addressed merely "Burlington House", it would be a great convenience to everyone resident in Burlington House if you would have instructions issued to the letter carriers, in cases of doubt, to wnquire of the gate porter at the gate. He is expected to know the names of every permanent resident of official of the various Societies in Burlington House, and should be able to afford the necessary guidance to the postmen.'
