Description'Dear Sir,
With reference to your letter of the 11th March, I have to say that there will be no objection on the part of the Royal Society to your reproducing in the work by M Petit the figures illustrating the paper by Dr J [John] A [Ambrose] Fleming on the Principles on Electric Wave Telegraphy provided due acknowledgment is made of the source from which the figures are reproduced. Will you please note particularly that the name of the author of the paper in question is Professor J A Fleming, FRS, the name being incorrectly given as Heming in your letter.'
