The firs referee's report on this paper has been received and it not favourable for publication in its present form.
The second referee mentioned on the notes of the Mathematices Committee meeting is Sir Joseph Larmor, but is he communicator of the paper and cannot, I presume, be a referee.
Will the Chairman please instruct to whom the paper should be sent for a report.'
