TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Miss E Paterson
Date29 September 1910
Description'Dear Madam,
In reply to your letter of the 27th instant, although it will not be possible to obtain formal sanction of our Council before the end of October, I do not suppose any objection will be made to your General Meeting being held in our Meeting Room early in November. Of the days you mention, I think the one most likely to be convenient to us would be Tuesday, November 8. Thursday would be impracticable, and at all times the room is more likely to be free early in the week. There will be no objection to your making use of our lantern, and we might be able to arrange for someone in this officer to operate it for you; but I should prefer that not taking place during office hours.'
