TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Leslie Hughes, Secretary of the Garden Club, Japan-British Exhibtion 1910
Date22 March 1910
Description'Dear Sir,
My attention has been drawn by a Fellow of the Royal Society to the two enclosed lists of the Committee of the Garden Club at the Japan-British Exhibition of 1910, in both of which Sir Boverton Redwood is described at FRS [Fellow of the Royal Society]. These initials are universally understood as indicating Fellowship of the this Society, of which Sir Boverton Redwood is not a Fellow. It is possible that the letters were intended to be "FRSE" - which is the description attached to a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh - and the "E"has been omitted inadvertently. I should be very much obliged to you if you would kindly take such steps as are necessary to ensure a correct description being used in future.'
