TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to D Cockerell
Date16 November 1910
DescriptionHarrison is sending herewith a pull in sheets of the Early Printed Books which has been made recently [no enclosures], and shall be obliged if Cockerell will advise as to suitable binding. 500 copies have been struck off which are being held in sheets, and when suitable binding has been agreed, the sheets will then be sent down to Letchworth to be put in hand. Regarding the nature and value of the collection, the binding should not be commonplace. Sir Joseph Larmor suggests boards, which he must mean to be cloth. But beyond the indication that the binding is not to be of an expensive character, although of the best workmanship, Harrison would like Cockerell to approach the question with an unbiased mind and formulate some ideas and prices.
