TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor F [Francis] W [Wall] Oliver, Chairman of the Botany Sectional Committee
Date22 April 1912
Description'Paoer by Dr David Ellis on An investigation into the Life-history of Cladothris dichotoma(Cohn).
This paper so far has been treated as for Philosophical Transactions. The first referee's (Prof Lang's) report was favourable to publication. Dr C J Martin to whom the paper was sent for a second report says "that the paper could easliy be condensed to one half".
In view of these reports, the Biological Secretary suggests that the Author be asked to reduce his paper for publication in the Proceedings.
Will the Chairman please say whether he agrees to this course being taken?'
