Description'Replying to your letter of the 15th instant the lady chosen to preside over the deliberations of the Ladies Committee which met the other day for preliminary deliberations is Lady Kempe, the wife of the Treasurer, and I would suggest your addressing her at her house, 19 Pembridge Square, W with reference to any question concerning the entertainment of the ladies of the July delegates.'
