DescriptionThe Chairman of the Physics and Chemistry Committee has referred two papers to Neville, one by R E Slade on 'An electric furnace for experiments in vacuo at temperatures up to 1500 c', and the other by Slade and F D Farrow on 'An investigation of the Dissociation-Pressures and melting points of the system copper, cuprous oxide'. Harrison shall be glad to know whether he is able to report on these papers.
