Description'I have your letter of yesterday. Your proposal, that the names of the fifteen selected candidates should be sent round to all the Fellows directly after the selection by Council, must come before Council, and it shall be laid before them at thir next meeting. There will be plenty of time then to act upon it as he selection will not be made before the end of February.
The printed list of candidates' certificates is sent out in the first week in February in accordance with the Statutes and I hope to get them iff by the end of this week.'
