TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to W G Keith, 9 Conduit Street, W
Date31 January 1913
Description'It has been reported to me that your visit to the Library to-day on Mr Hall's introduction was for the purpose of seeing some of our manuscripts in the Archives of the Society. The Statutes require that special sanction shall be obtained for consulting any documents in the Archives, and therefore the ordinary regulations for giving facilities of the Library to strangers do not apply. I have however very little doubt of securing the necessary authority for you by next week if in the meantime you will be good enough to inform me for what purpose the reference to our manuscripts is required.'
