DescriptionHarrison has Schuster's letter this morning and can easily incorporate the modifications he proposes in the draft of a letter to the Treasury; Harrison will show Schuster the whole draft when he comes. This morning Harrison received the first official invitation to the Royal Society to attend the General Assembly of the International Association at St Petersburg; as soon as he has replies from Sir David Prain and Professor Sherrington he will give St Petersburg the name of the delegates.
Finally Harrison encloses a letter that came this morning from the National Academy of Sciences, Washington [no enclosure].
