TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Frank Humphrey
Date15 March 1913
Description'I have to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of yesterday enclosing Executors' cheque for £128.14.9 in final division of the residue of the estate of Miss Wolfe deceased; enclosing also a copy of the Estate Account, and a form of receipt and indemnity to the Executors. With regard to the last named I shall be glad to know whether it must be executed formally by the Society under seal. In that event the execution must wait until the next meeting of Council, which will not be before April 24. If, on the other hand, the Treasurer's signature to the receipt and indemnity would be regarded as sufficient, then it would have to be drawn up in the singular number.
I will obtain the Treasurer's official receipt for the amount of the cheque above-mentioned within the next few days.'
