Description'Adverting to your letter of March 27th (7869/1913) on the subject of the further conduct of the investigation now in progress in Nyasaland [Malawi] under the direction of Sir David Bruce, and with especial reference to the second paragraph of the letter, I am to ask if you will be so good as to cause the following message to be forwarded by cable to Sir David Bruce:-
Committee advise investigation bionomics tsetse flies in field by entomologist in place of Davey. Do you agree? State probably cost. Royal Society.'
