TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor [William Henry] Bragg, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date30 May 1913
DescriptionThanks him for his letter of yesterday. Harrison will think over what he can do about getting a copy of Lyle's paper sent to him, and will if necessary avail himself of Bragg's kind offer. Does not think there will be any objection to Bragg making reference to the results in his paper which is now actually passing through press. It is not as if there were any doubt about its being published, and he can refer to the number of 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' if he likes.

Efforts have been made to carry out the reformed scheme of publishing 'Proceedings' A at the beginning of every month. So far punctuality to a day has not ben possible without closing down a number a considerable tie before the end of the month, which sometimes leads to complaints. But the number is expected to be out on 2 June, and the next on 1 July.
