TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to [Frank Watson] Dyson, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date17 June 1913
DescriptionThanks him for his letter of 14 June. By the same post there came a letter from the India Office enclosing a copy of a letter from the Government of India with regard to the exchange of solar photographs between the Solar Physics Observatory and the Kodaikanal Observatory and asking for the opinion of the Observatories Committee on the matter. Since the question appears to have originated with a resolution of the Observatories Committee in 1905.

Perhaps this may change his mind about calling a meeting, no doubt Professor [Arthur] Schuster would wish to report was has been done lately with regard to finding a candidate for the assistantship in the Indian Meteorological Department. Asks if 2 July would suit.
