TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to [Hugh Frank] Newall, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date19 June 1913
DescriptionThe enclosed correspondence has come from the India Office [no enclosures]. It appears as if it will have to be laid before the Observatories Committee, but in the meantime Professor [Arthur] Schuster thinks that it ought to be shown to Newall for him to say whether the matter should be shown to the Committee at once, or whether it would not be better for Newall to come to some agreement on the subject with Mr Evershed in the first instance, and then submit it to the Observatories Committee which would no doubt ratify any arrangement he comes to.
