DescriptionIn reference to the Royal Society and the Duke of Norfolk, Rix states that he is in receipt of Messrs Few's letter of 28 April stating that the London & County Bank Arundel have agreed to take charge of the counterpart lease, and that the bank will not part with any of the Deeds except by Rix's signature, which he has appended to this note [not included].
