TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Cambridge Engraving Company, St Tibbs Row, Cambridge
Date6 March 1891
DescriptionRix has received the proof and estimate of Professor Danders' portraits, and will send orders for printing as soon as Sir William Bowman has said how many copies he requires. He states that they should not print on the strength of any order from Bowman, as the expense is to be borne by the Society itself, although Bowman offered to bear it, and so the order must come from them.

Rix will send back the proof marked with the words to be engraved on the plate.
