TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Robarts, Lubbock & Company
Date17 November 1891
DescriptionRix remarks, in response to their note of yesterday, that the transfer was required as they had posted dividends and cash belonging to the Joule Memorial Fund into the Royal Society's General account pass-book. He therefore reminds them that £800 London, Brighton and South Coast Railway 5% stock belongs to the Joule Memorial Fund, for which they have a separate account and pass-book.

Rix sends the pass-books for the Joule Memorial, the Fee Reduction, the Scientific Relief, and the Royal Society Deposit accounts, and asks that they write them up and return them by Wednesday morning, as their audit is in progress. He states that there are only one or two entries to make.
