TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to The Manager, The Silicate Syndicate, 82 Hatton Garden
Date11 May 1914
DescriptionThe request for the issue of an additional card of admission for a third assistant in connection with their exhibit at the Soiree has been reported to Harrison. It is very unusual for the Royal Society to admit more than two assistants to demonstrate any exhibits at these parties. Directions have been given this time to limit the number of persons on account of the crowded state of the rooms. For setting up the exhibits in the afternoon, and for showing them to the Press, no such restriction is necessary. Hopes they will manage with the two in the evening. Whether one is provided by Cox & Co is of no moment here.
