Description'In accordance with the request contained in your letter of the 14th instant I return herewith the MS of your aper on "Electrical effects accompanying the decomposition of organic compounds II", together with a copy of criticisms upon it made by a Fellow of the Society.
A copy of these criticisms was sent to Dr Waller on March 18th last, and we were under the impression that he had sent them on to you long ago.
Pending a reply to these criticisms the paper has not been accepted for reading.'
