TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society to J O W Barratt
Date21 September 1915
Description'In reply to your letter of the 20th instant your request to have your paper on "Thrombin and calcium chloride in relation to coanulation" forwarded to the Bio-Chemical Journal came when I was away from London, and action has been delayed on account of a technical difficulty which require first but any paper not published or officially placed in the archives should be formally withdrawn and a copy deposited with the Society for preservation. Rather however than delay this matter longer I suggest that on your writing to withdraw the paper formally from the Society and undertaking to send a certified copy (for which a printed proof would serve) for preservation here. I should send on the paper at once with your covering letter to the Bio-Chemical Journal.'
