Informs Mr. Rudge that he should show this circular to his Local Tribunal, who will then need to approach the Society for their consent on Mr. Rudge's enlistment. Asks Mr. Rudge to furnish the Society with a full statement of his training and qualifications to enable them to decide whether or not to intervene.
