DescriptionInforms the Registrar that he has not yet sent the Declaration required in connection with the Society's application for an additional Trade Mark to the National Physical Laboratory because the instructions stated that the Declaration must be under seal, and this can only be affixed at a meeting of Council. Notes that if his signature, as a statutory officer of the Society, would suffice then he will sign the Declaration and send it at once.
