With regard to the candiature of Smith and Campbell, notes that both of their certificates are still valid, however, that this will be Smith's last election on his present certificate. Informs Sir Glazebrook that, having received nothing from him on the [National Physical] Laboratory for the annual Report, the Report has been limited to retelling the negotioations with the Department of Industrial Research.
