Informs the Secretary that a meeting of the International Research Council is to be held in Brussels next month and it would be a great advantage to the Council's deliberations if they knew the attitude of His Majesty's Treasury with regard to the mode in which subventions to international scientific organisations are likely to be administered in future. |
