TitleCopy letter from AH White, Assistant Librarian of the Royal Society; to RT Gunther Esq; 5 Folly Bridge, Oxford
Date19 January 1920
DescriptionAdvises they have the blocks for Harvey, the telescope and Roger Bacon, but the others are likely to be in the hands of the University Press people who never returned them. 'Perhaps if you would kindly enquire about them on the spot, and be sure that they hunt around for them, they may be able to produce them'. Thinks that all the blocks should go through his hands as he is directly communicating with his printers, and then he could return them.
