Vincent, 'On the comparative effects on the wave-length of the oscillations generated by an ionic valve due to variation of resistance in series with the condenser and induction coil'. Explains that it appears to be a continuation of the paper that was already dismissed by the Physics Committee, who upon reading have confirmed their previous decision.
