DescriptionThe Privy Council list shall be ready for Foster on Thursday. Herewith are Admiralty and the Foreign Office letters. The enclosed from the County Council arrived today. Rix has written again to Marshall Ward to let them have his answer to Rix's enquiry by Tuesday evening at the latest so that they may write to the County Council in time for their Thursday meeting. [No enclosures]
