DescriptionIn reply to Thorburn's letter of 22 February the five parts of the 'Philosohical Transactions of the Royal Society' which Thorburn applied for in his letter of 16 October 1890 were granted by the Council and delivered to Messrs Stanford by hand on 15 September 1891. Rix has sent a memorandum to Stanford telling them of Thorburn's complaint of non-arrival.
