DescriptionOn 23 October 1889 the Royal Society sent to the Netherlands Legation for the use of their Government, a manuscript report on the tides of the Netherlands East Indies. Without desiring in any way to inconveniently hasten the work the Netherlands Government may have in progress, Rix is instructed to ask when these manuscripts can be returned to the archives.
