DescriptionHerewith Rix sends a letter to the Board of Trade for signature [not attached] and asks to know whether it should be sent with an ordinary or signed copy of the report. Annotated by Rix asking if they ought to print extra copies of the supplementary number of 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' containing the statutes, history of the statutes, catalogue of portraits et cetera. Asks how many Foster would like for himself and how many for himself.
