DescriptionJackson twice applied for the resuspension of a certificate but each time it was before the election had taken place. The election is now over and the Society is free to receive Jackson's application. Rix thinks the candidate was Dr Buzzard, but he is not sure and must ask Jackson to send his request in writing.
