Description | The correspondent asks Harrisons to make clichés of a block illustrating Professor Tyndall's paper, 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' volume 165, page 30, figure two; also those illustrating Professor Frankland's paper in volume 178, pages 113 on, and the blocks illustrating Frankland and Hart's paper in 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' 1886, page 512, figure two.
All these are to be delivered and charged to the Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge, Northumberland Avenue. The first of them however is to be retained by the Messrs until they receive assurance that Tyndall's consent has been obtained. |
