DescriptionInforms the Secretary that an application has been receoved from Dr. Kellas for a grant of £400 towards the ascent of Mr. Kemil in the Himalayas, who proposes to make observations on the effect of high altitude. Notes that Dr. Kellas has already received a grant from the Oxygen Research Committee and asks the Secretary to inform this Committee of his application to the Society and ask their opinion on it.
