Explains that it is estimated to print at 15 pages of the 'Proceedings', however, that it looks to be of extreme interests to physicists. Asks if it should be passed under Standing Order 43 without going to a referee. Also notes that the report of the second referee, [Frank Edward?] Smith, on the Tucker and Paris paper is entirely favourable and asks if it should be passed for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions'. |
