DescriptionInforms Mr. [Herbert George] Wells that the two manuscripts by Dr. Manoukhine were considered by the Physiology Committee, one was then passed onto the 'Lancet' and published on April 2nd, while the other was picked up by the author and taken away for further editing. Is sorry to hear that Mr. Wells had to cancel his Lecture tour in America and hopes he is well again soon.
