Suggests Professor [William Dobinson] Halliburton as a potential referee. Also informs him that the report on [Elrid Gordon] Young's paper was favourable and asks if it can go forward under Standing Order 43. Asks him to nominate a second referee for Professor [Julius Berend] Cohen, [Carl Hamilton] Browning, [R.] Gaunt and [R.] Gulbransen's paper.
