Lindemann puts in a covering letter that it should be printed as soon as possible to 'prevent fruitless speculation' on the subject of solid Nitogen in the upper atmosphere. 2: Asks if Strutt received the paper 'The structure of molecules in relation to their optical anisotropy' by K.R. Ramanthan for reporting.
