TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Chapman & Hall Limited
Date7 February 1893
DescriptionA letter, two printed papers and a book were received from Mr Ernest Major on 30th January. Major names the Messrs as the firm in charge of the communication to some scientific society of his paper on inertia of matter. The Society can only consider papers communicated by Fellows. Rix therefore encloses the two copies of the paper and book which he understands was to supply the illustrations to the papers.
