| Description | Encloses a letter from P F Frankland [not attached] to which Rix has replied regarding separate copies but he wishes to ask what to answer regarding payment. Rix has not yet received any instructions to draw cheques.
Rix sees that the Committee of papers have appointed referees for Sir A B Garrod's paper if it is for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. The paper is quite small and was handed in without abstract so they have set it up for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' ready for the next meeting. Rix asks if there is any reason Garrod meant it for the 'Phil. Trans.'. |
