TitleCopy letter from Francis Alexander Towle, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to the Chief Inspector of Taxes, Inland Revenue
Date7 December 1928
DescriptionTitled 'Staff Pension Fund.' Requests more information regarding the suggested bona-fide scheme and if such a scheme already exists. Informs that the Officers at their meeting are at a loss as to the meaning, feeling that the Deferred Annuity Policy in the name of the Society, paid equally among staff and the Society was enough. States this Scheme was suggested by the Finance Committee and approved by the Council in 1922. Contains reference G.J.F 23 C.I. 20018/113.
