TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Henry Woodward, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date12 February 1894
DescriptionRix believes from Woodward's notes that Dr [Philip Lutley] Sclater has forgotten that he is no longer a member of the Scientific Relief Committee, having retired at the last Anniversary. Should Woodward wish for the details to be reported orally rather than in writing, he will need to ask one of the present committee members: Mr Hulke, Professor Bonney, Dr H Muller, Professor Rucker, Professor Joseph Norman Lockyer, Professor Rapahel Meldola, Mr Kempe, Dr Pye-Smith, Mr Carruthers and Mr O Smith. It is summoned for 20 February.

Rix also states that he is delighted to accept Woodward's invitation to dine as his guest with the Geological Society the following Friday.
