TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Manager, Whitehall Rooms
Date28 November 1893
DescriptionRix states that they are fairly certain that there will be 210 guests dining, with a proof plan to be sent the next day, and the cards of names early on Thursday morning.

He asks that they arrange for the handing round of cigars with coffee at the dinner table in the same manner as the previous year, and states that the cigars and cigarettes will be sent to them tomorrow or early on Thursday. He reiterates his request that tea and coffee also be served after the dinner in another room, with a clear note of this printed on the menu, as mentioned in his former memorandum.
