TitleCopy letter from an unknown correspondent, to the Cambridge Engraving Company
Date1 December 1893
Description'We are sending you today corrected proofs & some of the originals necessary for carrying out the corrections, belonging to Mr Groom's paper. The auction notes that figs 145 and 168 which were to have been included are left out. Can you throw any light on this? I cannot understand why they are omitted. The author adds: "The colours on the two coloured plates will, I think, require modifications, and the figures on the second one (figs 79-96) are hardly distinct enough, with these exceptions the plates seem to me very good"'.
