TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Charles Scott Sherrington, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date20 April 1894
Description'Dear Sir,
Professor Foster desires me to thank you for the trouble you are taking about the Soirée. "Brain" can have a cliché of your block, but we never lend the blocks themselves. The cost of a cliché is trifling, and I am, therefore, assuming that the journal will be willing to pay the expense, and have ordered the cliché to be sent by our printers to the office of "Brain".
Yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.
