TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to J. Theodore Bent, 13 Great Cumberland Place, W.
Date25 April 1894
Description'Dear Sir,
I will send a commissionaire* to your house on Monday morning next at 11 o'clock to fetch the things which you propose to exhibit. I shall authorise him to take a cab if the things are bulky. We shall be glad to know as soon as you can tell us what space will be required, as we are rather over-crowded this time and the arrangements require some foresight. We are sending you a form to fill up.
Thanking you for your kind acquiescence in our request.
I am, Dear Sir, yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]

*I am sorry we cannot send one of our staff; but we are short-handed'.
