In answer to your note of May 11th, our difficulty was that no separate abstract of Mr Spencer's paper came to hand. We infer, however, from your note that pages 32-35 of the manuscript comprising a section (15) entitled "Summary" is what you mean by the "abstract", and we shall employ it as such.
