Description'Dear Sir,
I regret to say that I shall not be in town next Friday. I can see you between 11 and 4 on Thursday, or between 11 and 1 on Saturday. Any application you may please to send in to the Library Committee will be considered, but I cannot give you much hope that any grant to Free Public Libraries will be made, as this question has already been discussed and decided in the negative.
